چکیده
Introduction and Aim: Tannase an inducible extracellular microbial enzyme is extensively produced by different fermentation techniques finds wide applications in food, pharmaceutical textile industries. The present investigation focused on tannase production from Aspergillus niger through submerged (SmF) solid-substrate (SSF) using media. was also induced tamarind seeds. Methods Materials: grown various media such as screening broth (TSB), Czapek Dox (CDB), Sabouraud’s Dextrose (SDB) Potato (PDB). Among solid substrates wheat bran, ground nut cake, coconut cake seed powder used individually mixed form. Results: In SmF, the highest activity of 713.6 U/ml found TSB, followed CDB (590.6 U/ml), SDB (465.6 U/ml) PDB (424.8 U/ml). all 4th day while 6th incubation. carried out supplemented with 2% processed seeds to test for its induction, where (936 raw than SSF showed 1708.6 U/gds 1278.0, 986.5, 826.3 723.6 seeds, respectively. Conclusion: be medium indicating that tannic acid serve induce increased enzyme.

Submerged fermentation under intermittent shaking gave the...
متن کاملA novel tannase from Aspergillus niger with beta-glucosidase activity.
An extracellular tannase was produced from solid-state cultures of Aspergillus niger. The enzyme was purified to homogeneity from the cell-free culture broth by preparative isoelectric focusing and by FPLC using anion-exchange and gel-filtration chromatography. SDS-PAGE analysis as well as gel localization studies of purified tannase indicated the presence of two enzyme forms, with molecular ma...

Aspergillus niger FBT1, a local extracellular strain for tannase production, was isolated from soil collected from Matang Mangrove Forest Reserve in Perak, Malaysia. This fungus strain was cultivated in an Erlenmeyer flask under a submerged fermentation system. Medium compositions play a very important role in enhancing enzyme production during fermentation. The production of tannase by A. nige...

متن کاملCatalytical Properties of Free and Immobilized Aspergillus niger Tannase
A fungal tannase was produced, recovered, and immobilized by entrapment in calcium alginate beads. Catalytical properties of the immobilized enzyme were compared with those of the free one. Tannase was produced intracellularly by the xerophilic fungus Aspergillus niger GH1 in a submerged fermentation system. Enzyme was recovered by cell disruption and the crude extract was partially purified. T...
